The first two sentences of aphorism 15. »Erscheinungen« is rendered "appearances", as in the Kant and Schopenhauer passages; »darauf halten« "insist". The second sentence has no finite verb in the German and none is supplied. »Im Sinne der idealistischen Philosophie« names no philosopher and no passage, and the map does not say whose sense is meant.
