JGB 34, the belief in immediate certainties a moral naïveté
Three sentences from the middle of aphorism 34. »Unmittelbare Gewissheiten« is rendered "immediate certainties", as in JGB 16 (p-jgb-16-immediate-certainties), and the quotation marks are Nietzsche's. »Nun einmal« is rendered "after all". The passage names no philosopher; JGB 16 names Schopenhauer for the »ich will«, and this passage does not.
