GD, »Die ›Vernunft‹ in der Philosophie« 2, last sentence: »Die "scheinbare" Welt ist die einzige: die wahre Welt ist nur hinzugelogen...« The sentence before says what the senses do not lie about, »das Werden, das Vergehn, den Wechsel«, and that »das Sein eine leere Fiktion ist«. The four propositions of section 6 restate the claim with its grounds, c-nietzsche-grounds-for-apparent-establish-reality; the chapter on the true world ends with the apparent world abolished together with the true, c-nietzsche-abolishing-true-world-abolishes-apparent, which is why »scheinbar« stands in quotation marks here.
